Visual Inspection Limitation

Quick Inspect conducts a strictly visual, non-mechanical inspection of vehicles. No parts are removed or dismantled during the inspection. Our assessments are based on visible evidence and operational signs only, at the time and date of the inspection.

Scope of Report

This report is not a roadworthy certificate, nor a substitute for any certification required for vehicle registration in Australia. It does not guarantee mechanical reliability, manufacturer recall status, or service history.

Component & System Limitations

Items not tested include but are not limited to:

1. Fuel and oil consumption
2. Timing belts
3. Navigation systems, infotainment devices
4. Alarm/security systems
5. Wipers, lights auto-switching
6. Internal leaks and water ingress
7. Filters, DPFs, and catalytic converters

We do not decode or verify tyre load ratings, manufacture date, or compliance with OEM specs.

VIN & Engine Number Recording

VIN and engine numbers are only recorded if clearly visible on the vehicle. If not legible, they may be referenced from available documentation. Tampering checks are visual only and not conclusive.

Accuracy & Time Sensitivity

The inspection reflects the vehicle's condition only at the time of assessment. Quick Inspect accepts no responsibility for any changes in vehicle condition that occur after the inspection, including transit damage or dealer modifications.

No Transaction Involvement

Quick Inspect is not involved in any vehicle transaction. We do not mediate disputes, guarantee purchase value, or verify the authenticity of documentation. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence, including checking for write-off history or ownership verification.

No Warranty or Guarantee

The report does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's past, present, or future condition. It should be used as a guide only. The buyer retains full responsibility for final inspection and purchase decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quick Inspect's liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service, and we accept no liability for:

1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
2. Loss of profit, data, or business
3. Costs of repair or future defects
4. Undetected faults due to visual-only inspection scope
